Almond Syrup
In a double boiler blend equal parts Almond Paste and Water until
smooth. Pour over pancakes, french toast, or ice cream.

Almond Brittle
2 1/2 cup Sugar
a few drops lemon juice
3 cups blanched almonds
1 tablespoons almond extract
Heat sugar, lemon juice, and almond extract in a heavy pan. Stir until
completely dissolved. Add almonds. Stir until golden. Spray nonstick
oil onto a marble slab and a rolling pin. Pour contents of pan onto
marble slab and roll out to 1/2 inch thickness. Let cool completely.
Cut into strips or break into pieces.

Stuffed Olives
1/4 cup. ground almonds
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 jar seedless green or black olives
Mix together ground almonds, salt, and oil Stuff into olives.
